Driftwood MMC - Year 1 - Winter - Bouldre
The winter was quiet for the Bouldre family. The biggest event in the house was probably the appearance of the stray cat - Whiskers! (An ROS roll, but I think she'll fit into the household nicely.)
Nigel is still mad about his love, Finley, getting a girlfriend out of nowhere. But he ends up agreeing to try and be friends. Time will tell how long that lasts…
His younger sister, Leofe, grows up! She gets the “loves the heat” trait, too, so evidently isn’t enjoying the harsh winter snow! And neither are her grandfather and great uncle, who nearly freeze to death on several occasions.
Luckily though coal sells nicely in the winter, and they have lots of it! The family make enough to pay their taxes and make it through to spring without any casualties in the family.
